Hey, I've been trying to hold out on messaging about the status of my plan because I don't want you to feel as though I'm rushing you but as I had to message and wait a few days just to get access to the questionnaires, I'm thinking that maybe I haven't received my plan due to another technical glitch?

I've been checking email, spam folder and messages here to see when my plan would be ready but haven't received any communication.

I really don't want to be a bother and if it's not completed as yet, that's totally ok! I just wanted to get a possible time frame please?

No it's done and sent in to be reformatted and posted...sometimes it takes a few days for them to post it and I think the holidays may be playing a part here. I am happy to email you the original if you message me your email address I'll do it right away!
