Filzma did you mean stock up on frers [emoji6]? Stocking up on digis would be an expensive exercise [emoji21] We can get 7pk frers here in Aus which is awesome but also terrible as you tend to go nuts when you have that many 'spares' [emoji23]

Somewhere between cycle day 10&12. Thinking this is going to be a little longer cycle. My body is adjusting to getting Mirena out on 12/6.

I have a feeling that I might have been pregnant in October since I had a 35 day cycle and that's way out of character even with mirena in. I was in that small percentage that still ovulated and had periods.

Abc I'll be sure to pop in when I can in January to follow you and see you get your sticky bfp [emoji304] It will happen [emoji173] Fwiw after my third loss and no bfp in the 3 cycles I tried for after I had stopped taking everything when I conceived this bub from one random (drunken [emoji87]) unprotected bd in no way related to ttc, didn't even know what cd I was on... I fully expected to mc again as I'd gone back to drinking wine when I wanted (being around easter I also drank way more than usual) and was back to drinking 2-3 coffees a morning (had previously been taking it light and having mostly decaf), no prenatals etc. When this bean did stick it really helped me realise that I pretty much just had a run of very bad luck and nothing I did or didn't do could have changed that outcome. Prior to this realisation I was always wondering what of I'd tried this or that, would that have helped, maybe they didn't run enough tests [emoji848] but again I believe it simply came down to the right egg meeting the right sperm at the right time and that's that. I have every faith that your next bfp will be your rainbow and by this time next year you'll be enjoying sleep deprived newborn - 3 month old snuggles [emoji173]

Thank you Pbn. As always I appreciate all of your encouragement and support And I hope I'll get my BFP in January but you will definitely be a little bit busier by then!!!!!! Can't wait to hear that your precious new baby is here!!!

I have been in a better mindset the past few days - I do really think that it was bad luck both times and hopefully the 3rd time's the charm I do worry a bit about some of the changes I've made w/ swaying, but I know in my head that they most likely were not the cause of either m/c. So we'll see what the future holds I was really happy that my doc today said he'll allow me to do Clomid again next month - besides just swaying I do think it was helping me with my cycles (better O, more progesterone after O). So I'm anxious now for my next period to arrive (in like several weeks from now lol!)

E4d. We didn't end up having a fun dance last night. Too tired after my 13 hours at work. I feel more comfortable with adding an extra attempt at opk after a few months. Today may end up being my o-2 attempt. I guess we'll see since I'm irregular. I don't think FF has estimated correctly based on pre mirena cycles. I think I'll o on Thursday or Friday. Doing twice days tests.

Question though: is temp spike the day of ovulation or after?

Your temp will generally rise the day o takes place. So if you ovulate cd12 then you'd expect a spike/rise the morning of cd13

No chart. This will be our 3rd attempt after an early miscarriage and then an immediate chemical following. My personality doesn’t tend to lean too well for charting. Lots of forgotten temps and crazy anxiety. I have been using OPKs to try and grab my peak just because of the back to back miscarriages. I know cycles can get a little crazy for me after miscarriages.
Thanks so much! I’ve used the prometrium in both ways and it’s the exact same dosage and pill so I know it could be used either way. I may just make a decision and stick with it.

Hannah are you swaying pink or blue? An e3d (eg cd8, cd11, cd14 etc) or an e4d (eg cd8, cd12, cd16 etc) may be an option to try and would eliminate the need for opks as well. Much more relaxed approach for your type of personality maybe?

Hannah - Are you starting prometrium immediately after O? I'm planning to ask my doc if he thinks I should do that from now on (I didn't start it this time until after BFP/first set of betas). I think I want to do it starting after O. I didn't find it to be a problem using it vaginally EXCEPT that when a little inevitably leaks out, b/c of the pinkish/orange color, I have to double check to make sure it's not blood!!! I complained to my doctor the other day about why on Earth they decided to make the pills that color!!!!!

I don't do well with charting temps either - it stresses me out. I use digital OPKs and have always gotten a + with those so I *think* next cycle we ttc I will not be temping again. I don't think it's worth the extra anxiety it causes me.
