I know it can take a while for the personalized material to be set up, but I just wanted to check if everything is fine as I cannot find neither the private forum nor the personalized swaying plan nor the 21-day meal plan. If things are still in progress and just not finished by now, I don't mean to rush - I just wanted to aak because it might well be that it is just me being blind here

Hi Atomic,

I've a quick question: I purchased 6 months-subscription in early January this year. On June 1st, I received a reminder that my plan was about to expire and that I could renew the subscription. I thought this meant by the end of June (so after 6 months) and that there would be some time left... When I logged into my account, I discovered, however, that I cannot access my personal plan anymore as of now.

Has the subscription already ended? And: Where did the content from my personal plan go? Is it completely deleted from the platform? Or is it saved somewhere still? (If so, is it accessable for anyone else? And how long will it be saved?)

If you cannot access your private forum, then yes, it has now expired. It is still there. We do not delete the forums with the chat history. Nobody else will have access to it. If you want to renew your access, you may do so and continue access for another 6 months. The renewal option is under the Membership and Plans link on the menu bar.
