    Confused Starving in 2ww

This is our 3rd month ttc and the 2ww is always so hard for me. I've been on the diet for over 6 months now and it's generally just a way of life now and it's not hard for me. But every month during the 2ww I'm starving in the morning and have to force myself not to eat breakfast or snack. I'm wondering if this is hormonal or if its just a mind thing? Anyone else have this?

yes, it's normal because progesterone rises during that time and it is proven to both make you hungrier and lower willpower too so it's a double whammy.

Go ahead and have a planned cheat!
