OPK question

I took an opk on Tues afternoon and it was neg, just a faint line. Took one again around noon on Wed and it was pos. Line was a tad darker than control line. Took another that evening and still pos with the test line being a little darker than previous test. Took another thi as and it looked neg with test line just a tad lighter than control. Just took another and the test line is a little lighter than this mornings. My question is, when do I start the countdown to O? Do I go from the first pos I got or do I go with the darker afternoon one? And when would that have me O? Is it 12-36 hours after the first pos test? Help please!

I'd start it from the first positive, so Weds lunchtime... and I think most women OV 30-32hrs after the first pos OPK although you can OV as soon as 12hrs after, and then if you're doing O+12 you'd add another 12hrs onto that

According to FF I ovulate on the first + opk (I get 2 days).
