    How to get clomid

How do I get my doctor to prescribe me clomid especially given the fact I just gave birth - two boys. Clearly there are no fertile issues. I'm hesitant to order clomid online unless there are Canadian readers that can tell me a reliable site. Thanks!

    Hello TorontoG77,
The most practiced guidelines for your Physician ( I do not know what type of Doctor your under the care of.)to prescribe Clomid is if you have been having failed attempts at conceiving for at least a year. There is a misconception that if a woman has previous Children or pregnancies that they are exempt from fertility struggles which is not true.I have Two Children and after a year of properly/zealously trying (ovulation tracking and other methods.)my OBGYN prescribed me Clomid however, literally exactly around a year timetable. (As he said from the start and explained why.)

Regarding the pharmacy topic, when Orlistat (Alli) was recalled in the U.S. only for packaging errors, I purchased the weight loss aid from another Country's pharmacy online and had a satisfactory experience. As a Paralegal and former LPN I conducted credible research on the the FDA in the pharmacy's Country and there was nothing concern worthy with standards or safety. Some people claim it's illegal due to "their surfing" online from random websites however, I have never discovered that in any way. I knew right away by the description of the pill and the fact that it worked w/no side effects that it was fine.

This was only temporary but I do have a Family member who purchased Clomid online and became pregnant the First month using it. She said the medication came with instructions from the pharmacy and that is all I know from her "success story." There is a stigma directed towards online customers of Clomid going to the extreme claiming you will die. No one I ever met who did this departed or had any problem. I have seen more citizens injured and/or die from pharmacy negligence in tort law at your local pharmacy then online. I'm indifferent, just thought I would share my pharmacy experiences. I imagine the best avenue would be to speak to your Doc about Clomid! I hope your desires come true! Just do what you decide is best for you!

Hey, Liz, no offense meant but both your posts have seemed a little strange to me. Just want to let you know that spam is not tolerated on this site and if that's where we are headed here, just going to cut you off at the pass. If you're a new poster than I do totally apologize, I have developed a 6th sense about spammers and just have that vibe, am likely wrong though and I do apologize if I am.

Oh thank you Atomic! I'll look out for your post. I should also mention that my plan is TTC in September which puts my son at 7 months so I'll be trying again within a year and am not sure doc would give me anything. Thanks I'll wait for your response

Hi! Your son will be 7 months in September, so he hasn't even been born yet, and you are planning TTC #2? If so, you sound like me, and I'm excited to meet someone like me! I have prescribed Clomid because I have PCOS, so I can't help you with that. I've been TTC since 3 months post partum but have been having issues.

Hi again! I hope I'm not breaking a taboo by discussing non-prescribed Clomid, but I'd just like to share something I thought of:

Clomid raises progesterone which is a hormone which raises your basal body temperature. In most women, basal body temperature goes up right after ovulation, stays up until AF arrives, then falls when AF arrives and stays low until next ovulation. BUT when you take Clomid, for the days you take it and maybe the day after it raises your temperature (this is definitely true for me). So if you bought pills online and you want to know whether it is real Clomid or sugar pills, you can check whether it raises your BBT.

Disclaimer: if it does raise your BBT it is probably Clomid, but that doesn't mean it doesn't also have something like arsenic in it or that it is safe!!
