Thanks everyone for guesses! My skepticism is on the angle of the assumed scrotal bump. All I've seen before look either = or // but never \\ and one of the lines always seem connected to the body. I can't find a single confirmed boy nub that looks like this. And the nub, if that is the nub, appears to be too far from the bladder. I'm actually thinking it could be the second leg, and the nub is the line below?

My guess is still boy. I've been doing this a long time and it just looks boy to me. Good luck, come back and update us when you find out
