    Exercise guidelines

    Is it still recommended to do 60ish minutes of cardio 5/6 days a week for 6 weeks?

    I think I read somewhere the “rules” changed a bit.

    Curious about when to start exercising.

    No, that's my preference, 60 min. cardio 6-7 days a week. Very much my preference.

    Since exercise has been so good, I do allow people to do as little as 4 days a week. But I don't have as high a level of confidence in it and our results have dropped since we started doing that so I am still fairly sold on the 60 6-7.
