Ttc after appendicitis?

My appendix ruptured June 10 of last year and I was wondering if anyone had that happen and if it took longer to get pregnant or was a harder pregnancy. Never had surgery because my appendix pretty much disappeared after my infection cleared up. I have been perfectly fine since Aug and period and ovulation are very regular.

It can cause issues, have they done any followup ultrasounds or anything???

We have had 2 people on here (that I recall) who had had appendicitis and both worried about it but then had no issues getting pregnant. One of them took a little longer but it happened in the end.

Last one i got was back in July when they took my jp drain out. Dr said if I wasnt having pain he wouldn't do more!

What I would do is go ahead and TTC but we'll take action sooner rather than later - so if you go 6 months without conceiving, we'll consult with your doc then instead of waiting a full year!

Sounds good ! Hopefully it doesn't take that long I'm sure the donor has a life lol
