Hello
We are a few days away from our first attempt and I am starving! My bmi has dropped to 18.5, I have been eating 1800 calories but I am doing 6 days of exercise and I breastfeed, does anyone think it would harm to up my calories? I always try more hungry before ovulation so might just be that but I genuinely don’t feel very well!! I also have a short luteal phase which could be down to breastfeeding or a sign I need to eat more. I just don’t want to suddenly eat loads more before our first attempt when I have been sticking well to it all in the last few weeks. Any advice would be much appreciated:-)

PLEASE up your cals! I know we've talked about this already but anyone below BMI 21, it is time to hold steady, and at BMI 18.5 that is the point at which you cannot lose any more weight at all have have to do whatever it takes to stop losing weight.
