Hi boy mums, I’m currently doing a boy sway and eating porridge for breakfast. Feel kinda silly eating a hot bowl of oats for breakfast when’s it’s summer here in australia.
Would love to know what types and brands of cereals you ate when conceiving your boys. P.s I am also having a small bowl of low sugar Cheerios before I go to bed at night.
Thanks

The things to avoid are the things that are mostly super refined carbs - Rice Krispies, corn flakes, Special K, sugary sweetened things. Aim for healthier choices like muesli, granola, Wheaties, Cheerios, Shredded Wheat
