I did not! Yes that’s one of the things I have been contemplating. I will find the time if I have to. But it’s so hard. I work 10 hr days and am on my feet all day long so I am so exhausted at the end of the day. Haha and I already wake up at 4am just to get out of the house on time. I am not sure I would be able to commit to the amount of exercise it takes to sway. But def not ruling it out!

I have considered HT. My only hesitation is my insurance doesn’t cover IVF. So obviously they wouldn’t pay for PGD for the purpose of gender selection but we were ok with paying 5-6k for that. But this is when my last insurance did pay for IVF. But now the thought of paying 20k an attempt for all of it and no guarantees it will work on the first time is not something we can swing financially.

There is no way I could do daily exercise without my cheap elliptical. I am guessing most of us are busier during a second or later sway then we were pre first child!

I bought a second hand treadmill that we keep in the garage. I take my iPad and watch something while I walk. I hate going out when it’s raining so I can walk rain or shine this way. It’s my ‘me’ time to watch what I want and not feel guilty about it!

I am getting nervous and excited to start TTC. Tomorrow is cycle day 7 so I think I will start using opk and next weekend is probably the attempt. By then I'll have been barely six weeks into the diet so I really hope my sway has been strong enough for a first attempt. Is anyone else getting close to that time?

I've decided since this is definitely my last chance I'm going to wait until May to TTC so that I can do the 12 weeks of the diet and the exercise. I'm getting my second hand treadmill this week!

I am also waiting until may/June now to ttc. I have to avoid another holiday/ Christmas baby at all costs lol!
I am exercising everyday at the moment just hope I can keep it up. Diet is ok... a bit too many sweet treats still but getting the snacking more under control- it's sooooo hard!
Good luck ladies and keep posting updates xx

Why do you want to avoid another holiday Christmas baby? My birthday is Christmas Eve and I had mixed feelings about it as a kid.
