Im wondering just how much itll affect a sway to snack at night, if your still leaving a good 12-16 hour gap until your meal (lunch) next day, and also within the Calories for the day. I wish I asked this a long time ago since Im now in my 2WW and this could possibly be a moot point. But ive just been doing horribly lately. Everything is always always going perfectly during the day, Always have so much going on I feel like im on my feet at all hours of the day, just tire myself out to my core. Then the kids go to bed, I get comfortable at my TV and BAM I just have ZERO willpower to not snack. The past month specifically ive had way more days then Id like to admit where I snack a few times during one night. I feel like its been nightly. But then I will still have the big gap until lunch the next night (most days its up to 15 hours. like 11 pm - 1 pm next day.)
Ill give an example of what I mean with todays meals. Coffee w/ some cream/sugar in the morning. Nothing to eat until about 1 30 PM. At that time had a wrap made with pita bread, Hummus, quinoa, alot of baby spinach and some cheese and a glass of almond milk. Dinner again at around 6 30 pm, had chow mein noodle with a little shrimp and lots of vegetables (mushroom broccoli carrot zucchini) this was homemade not take out. I ate quite a bit of it and was satisfied thinking I wouldnt need a snack tonight.
then at around 8 PM I had a hershey chocolate bar. Shortly after a rice pudding cup lol and then finally at 10 PM. I grabbed a bowl of freaking BBQ chips. I feel like Im blowing it and my body is just craving everything its been missing out on lately. The LE diet wasnt all that hard for me as I naturally tend to have similar lifestyle before I even knew about it (Long hours no food, although ate a lot more meat) Its just the night time snacking thats killing me. Always has! I wish I could just crave fruit or something the way I crave vegetables in the day! I feel like its been a comfort thing, after long busy days. like wheres my comfort? Oh here! some chocolate bars lol So Im wondering honestly if this is cutting my chances of my sway succeeding. Wish Id just get my BFP so I can chill out about this.. Vent over haha Still scared this ruined it for me![]()

I think you'll be best off if you just plan a meal at like 9ish. Your overnight fasting time is ideal so don't worry about that, just accept that this is how your body works and plan for it.
Both 2 and 3 meals are equally acceptable. I always had 3 meals! I can't go to sleep on an empty stomach so I had a bedtime snack just like you did and I still got a girl.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
