So I had our 5th boy last November. He isnt even 3 months old yet. I almost never get a cycle on my own without medication. Well I have been determined to get my PCOS under control and lose weight. I need to be healthy raising all these boys! I started doing the Keto diet and had a little spotting the first week. I did it strict for about 2 weeks but wasnt as strict the next 2 weeks. Its been a month and i started having some period pains last week off and on. Well today i have lots of creamy cm. I only seem to get that after ovulation. My concern is the only time we have dtd since #5 was born was last Friday. I am breastfeeding still all the time and at least 3-4 times at night. Does it sound like i probably ovulated? I didnt think it was too common this early, especially with breastfeeding often on demand. I just am worried because eating keto seems like the ultimate boy friendly diet. I dont have a chance for a girl even if by some fluke i get pregnant.

Of course I can't tell you if you ovulated but if it eases your mind, I don't think you did simply because you're only 3 months pp and breastfeeding. It's possible yes but not likely. It's not uncommon to get creamy cm or even ewcm while nursing and not be fertile. FWIW I get patches of fertile or creamy cm from time to time while breastfeeding, even when not ovulating. It's just the fluctuations in hormones. Even if you did O and you conceived, you still have a chance at pink without swaying. You had one attempt which may actually work in your favor since we know it's a great pink tactic!

Not at all common to ovulate and conceive 3 months postpartum even if you weren't BF let alone when you are!
One time when I was nursing I had the most realistic fake ovulation ever. I had O pains, increased libido, EWCM, the whole nine yards, even a mood change to cranky when it was over (sadly this is typical for me LOL) But then I just never got AF. It was so realistic I went to the doctor 100% sure I was pregnant but I wasn't. He said he saw it several times a year, people have these practice cycles while breastfeeding and it seems really realistic but it's because your body goes through the motions and then never pops an egg!!
So while I will send all my pink sticky dust, I would not be expecting or fearing a BFP this month.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you so much! It just hit me like a slap today with the creamy cm that duh, the period type cramps for days are an o sign for me, then the increased libido, etc. How funny you went to the Dr so positive about it, too! I am breathing easier now, thanks again!

I swear all these crazy things have happened to me solely so I could then in the future advise you guys on them LOL.
I'm not saying it's not possible but I would lay 99% odds that you are not pregnant.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
