wanted to know if Bulgur is more of a boy friendly food because it’s Vollkorn? And what about lady’s fingers?

February 18th, 2018, 02:35 PM #4Refined vs. Vollkorn (wholegrain) is a big gray area with swaying. We originally thought whole grains could sway blue but we have since realized they dont' seem to matter and we've had good results with lots of whole grains in our alternate PCOS-type diet so I believe they are actually ok in limits for LE Diet.

Ladyfingers are ok too. Like ks mentions, everything within limits is ok. Fortified foods and red meat are what most concentrate on avoiding.

Don't worry about the occasional meat cheat. I have a full explanation of why not to worry about the occasional meat cheat here in this thread: http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...blue-pink.html!!! Questions??
