    Difference in exercise times?

I know it's probably nothing to worry about but does it make a difference in your sway if you go from 1 hour cardio to 45 minutes? My energy has been low today and I only could do 45 minutes before getting dizzy. Just in case I'm like this tomorrow wanted to make sure it was ok. 5dpo right now and didn't wanna mess up sway if not pregnant!

It's fine. You do normally want to do the full hour but if you're feeling dizzy then skip it. Missing a day or two of cardio won't ruin your sway.

It's fine on occasion (and whenever you're feeling dizzy is one of those occasions!) but overall it's best to stick to 60 if you can. I hope you're feeling better!
