Hi,
Yes same here with bubba not sleeping well and wanting breastfeed like nearly every hour i swear she sleeps more during the day.
Yes still considering end of September maybe even august. But atm still not af back yet. Also ive noticed that i have a slight prolapse so that has been concerned with getting pregnant again so soon. Ive being reading alot about some fertility blends you can take to help get af happening sooner

Oh the prolapse doesn't sound like fun! You poor thing! The things we go through for motherhood are crazy but so worth it.
I'm on the minipill so not sure if that's keeping af away for me as well but my plan is to go off the pill in September and see what happens. I hope I can catch the first egg as I think that may sway pink too!
My lo slept through til 2am this morning so maybe he might drop some nightfeeds soon which will bring on my first ppaf?

Hi ladies.
I'm another Aussie mama, preparing to begin my sway for a little girl this August/September.
I have 2 beautiful (but cheeky!) boys and I'm scared and excited about going back again.
I have a question about your hubbies and what they're doing as part of your sways.
Mine is happy to go along with anything I tell him really! Haha
Should I have him on a strict diet like I'm on (LE)? Or can he follow it roughy, with some extra protein?
Also, what supplements should I have him on?
I purchased calcium, magnesium, cranberry and liquorice root (after researching through another swaying forum), but now I'm not sure he should be on all of those?
Also, should I be taking folate now, or wait until I actually start trying? How much should I be taking?
I thought I should follow what's on the bottle, but I saw some info somewhere on here about taking heaps more than that?

Hi JoJo
What has consistently shown results is the following:
12+ weeks on the LE diet:
Low Everything Diet - Nutshell Version
Minimum 60 minutes cardio exercise 6-7 days a week
One attempt (timing is irrelevant so you'd usually start with one attempt at pos opk to increase conception odds then move onto an e4d pattern after a few cycles)
Caffeine (eg 2-3 coffees a day - try and limit milk to just a small dash, if you want a cafe coffee make sure you include the calories, fat and protein in your tracking, if you have one outside a meal its basically a snack)
Alcohol (whatever you're comfortable with but one daily with a meal is what many do)
Clomid (if you can get it) although in Australia it has to be prescribed by a specialist (gp's cant prescribe)
These are the main consisent pink sway tactics that I know of. Other tactics can be included and dropped as you go along like the hot showers, jump and dump etc
I know its alot of reading and info to get your head around. Maybe start by going to the ttc a girl forum and read through one by one writing down questions as you go along. If those questions then remain unanswered create a thread and ask away [emoji3] Good luck!

Thank you!!!
Can you explain the abbreviations in this sentence?

I haven’t started trying yet, I have two boys (3 and 18 months) so I’m thinking of starting ttc in August.

So I’ve just read the article you pinned... so calcium/milk is not a big deal with the LE diet? On Ingender it’s a big deal...

No its not but its your sway your way on here too so if you feel you need to include/exclude certain things then that's up to you [emoji4] Dairy is fine on the LE diet as long as its within the diet limits as in calories, fat and protein
