Just wondered what thoughts were on coffee and milk. I’m having a black coffee every morning instead of breakfast but often have another in the afternoon. I was thinking of switching to a latte but as I’m doing the alternate diet that would mean full fat milk. While I’ve been eating full fat yoghurt I’ve generally avoided the milk. Basically I’m wondering if a latte is a good or bad move when ttc pink. Is it likely to have a bad effect on blood sugar that negates the good effects of calcium, fat and protein? Thoughts very welcome, tia

It is fine and virtually all of us have had some kind of creamer. Since you're on the alt. diet you must have ONLY full fat dairy. I'd not do a latte (unless you're using it as a meal itself) since there is a lot of milk, but coffee and milk or cream is fine in the morning or between meals.
