Comments regarding DW's diet changes-

I did the pcos le diet, skipped breakfast every single day, i actually found myself preferring no breakfast over time! Drank 3 cups of coffee a day and Pepsi max, no white carbs (sometimes white rice) I didn’t cut out meat but only ate chicken mostly!

No changes I’d say maybe a little less red meat due to my cooking

What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I was my lowest ever adult weight 121 pounds and bmi was 19

I went to an dance type work out class once a week for an hour and walked for an hour Maybe 1/2 times a week I really couldn’t stick to the everyday type exercise but was happy with what I did due to pcos

Things that make me feel great about my sway:

I have the diet my all and have never been this size! I’ve had so many comments how great I look (thanks atomic lol) I skipped breakfast without fail and although I did allow myself cheat days over xmas I know my diet couldn’t have been anymore different than from when I concieved my son!

Things that make me nervous about my sway:

Not working out as much as reccomended and having pcos. I concieved naturally with my son and this pregnancy so was no need for meds etc

Things worth mentioning:

Whatever will be will be, either way I’m grateful I found this site to at least sway be ever so slightly in the pink direction much more so than I would have if I’d continued my boy friendly life style!
