Salsa is absolutely fine! I had tons of salsa when I was swaying.

I mainly want you to stay flexible and eat what YOU want and need for the day. So keep that 200 cals in reserve, and then when you get to that time of day (if you haven't used it up along the way) think back and anything you're low in, you can have it then. Popcorn is fine, but for instance if you're low in fat you might want to have some nuts instead, or broccoli and dip, or hummus and some carrots or whole grain crackers, or a little yogurt and berries if you want something sweeter. Just don't feel like anything is set in stone! YOu can have several options and then pick the thing you really want that day - it really helps keep you solid on diet in the longer term to do that!

Thanks so much atomic, the popcorn really does help, but thought maybe everyday might be too much “sway” wise. It’s only a13gram packet...

Whole grain crackers sound good, but yeah I seem to hit 60g protein really easy because of the 200g chicken, 100g yoghurt & the potato & rice (starch allowance) really top it up. That’s my biggest difficulty [emoji51]

I know, it's tricky, it is ok to bend the rules a bit sometimes.

Popcorn every day is fine - I know several people who ate popcorn on LE PCOS and got girls!

Am I too late to sway if I am on Day 3 of my cycle and I ovulate around day 21? We have had 2 miscarriages last few tries, (last was actually a chemical at 5 weeks, but first miscarriage was at 12 weeks) and I would really like to keep trying as I am 35 in August. I have been trying to improve my diet since January (adding bananas, v8, cereal, full fat dairy, more protein like roast ham and eggs) then I had the chemical and now i want to try again. I am still bleeding from the chemical but hoping i will ovulate day 21 again and ttc a BOY by BD on day 17, 19, 20, 21 (twice on 20 and 21)?

sorry Atomic but one more thing - if i purchase the plan today (cycle day 4 - or 4 days of bleeding since chemical pregnancy at 4.5 weeks i started bleeding which was 4 days ago) would i be okay to ttc this month on day 21? or is that not long enough?

I would consider holding off this month due the chemical. Some people believe that chemicals may sway a bit pink and that would give us more time to get everything ironed out.

But if not there's plenty of time between now and CD 21 to get things figured out so if you are ok with trying, I will help you however I can. Since you've been changing your diet since Jan. I think you'd still have a great chance of blue.

with your BD pattern but be sure to have hubby doing regular release even now (every 2-4 days)

If you do want a plan I'll get it done ASAP. I just got a bunch of plans done and sent and have time for a couple hurry up plans now.

Oh and I want to mention since your chemical started a bit later, you may still O "CD 21" based on what your cycle would have been if not for the chemical!! Don't count on Oing that day because you may O much sooner or later.

Thank you so much! which plan is it I buy and how? Would be so good to try straight away but I don't want to run any risks. I'm still bleeding now (CD 5) so hopefully enough time, unless I O early and then I will push to next month. just let me know what to do next I will get going!
