I was thinkin of more release but theres so many options - gets very confusing!

It's because we don't know what is best, what is best very likely varies by couple anyway, and if I told you guys otherwise and claimed that any method was proven better I would be fibbing. I have to stick with what we have a pretty good impression is true - and that is one attempt. The frequency stuff has not even worked anyway, no method has been proven any better than any other method, and does not merit the amount of worry and thought people are putting onto it. just pick something and go with it as long as you have that one attempt!!!!
