Hannah sorry if I've already asked but do you usually o around cd15 or has clomid brought it forward? You may be experiencing an extended lp too being its your 2nd? Cycle using clomid? Hopefully the spotting you've had is implantation spotting instead of af coming [emoji120]

Thanks pbn. I typically ovulate around CD18 on a 31 day cycle. I had an anovulatory cycle that was taking forever so I jump started with provera then clomid to help me O.
I’m remaining calm knowing that we have one more shot. We have 4 beautiful children. I know I’ll be able to walk away if it doesn’t happen. But you know I’m throwing all the things I’m able at this last cycle!!

24 hours between release will be ok [emoji4] 48-72 is better for recovery purposes but seeing as he hasn't released in a couple days and you're getting close to when you should get a pos I'd have him do it today. Can you test again at 1pm? Dont drink anything more than you already have and hold from now? I don't trust opk results from the morning.....

I had a coconut water coffee ice slushy with lunch, no chance! I will test again after kids sports round 6pm!
I’ll have a quick coffee shot then stop drinks & Cross my legs from 4

Smep is kinder pink wise than eod I would think? [emoji848].... maybe run it past atomic and ask her opinion of smep vs eod when it comes to best odds of conception but the lesser blue friendly one?

What is SMEP?

Kikurose SMEP is Sperm Meets Egg Plan. It's a bding pattern that is designed to maximise odds of conception and is often recommended for older couples and those who have experienced loss/es.

If you are interested it involves dtd eod (every 48 hours) from cd8 through to pos opk. Bd day of pos opk plus the following two days after pos opk, skip a day then bd again. You could also try e4d (every 72 hours) until pos opk if that's more realistic or if you generally o on the later side. Either that or start the eod bding later than cd8.
