    Skipping over holidays should i relax on diet?

    I've been doing le diet and exercise since September 2017. We decided to wait till due date would be after holidays so should I keep going strong for a few more months? Or does it lose the effect the longer you do it?

    I'm ttc in late April or late May soo would relaxing now wouldn't start me all over?

    Nothing in your original post indicated you were TTC that soon, I'm sorry for confusion. I read a few months and assumed you were waiting longer than that.

    If you're TTC in April then I'd stay on diet mostly. Cheats now and then as needed.

    Oh sorry I meant future due date of at least late January or February 2019! So skipping over next two or so ovulation

    I'd try to stay solid like 75% of the time. That way you won't undo the good you've done.
