after reading all the side effect of saw palmetto i am now scared ....i never even check what it have util yesterday and my hubby is taking it since two months since we only have two months i dont know what to do know .

i just saw serving size is two capsules and he took one daily that is like he took the multivitamin for a month.
i contacted the company to know how mg saw palmetto was in it.

If you only have 2 months then you need to try! none of these things are 100% and if this is the only month you can try, I would go ahead and do that. Hey, for all we know those are the greatest vitamins ever, it's just that I prefer to stick with the things I've seen work for lots of people.
The lycopene is fine as is the lutein, but the urtica dioca (nettle) has a very similar effect as the saw palmetto and is best avoided. There are additionally several other ingredients in the vitamins that I would have blue swayers avoid - cinnamon and spirulina, and then several of the others I don't know how they sway.!!! Questions??

all the more reason to go ahead, it's very likely that there is barely any active ingredient in the vitamins. He probably wasn't getting very much. It's probably fine to go ahead, but I would have him switch over to another brand without the herbs in it.
