Hi just looking for some reassurance really and any constructive criticism about my sway.
Since December I have been doing the LE diet, I have had some cheat days each month, but have been mainly veggie aside from fish twice a week. I have lost around a stone, my BMI is currently 20.
I have skipped breakfast
Stopped drinkIng green tea , I was having 5 plus cups a day
Added coffee (never had a coffee in my life until last month)
Had wine 4 times a week
Not had chicken or red meat
Started using lavender and a salt lamp
All of the above are huge changes for me.
Hubby has started drinking peppermint tea , beer and coffee daily
I have not started exercising as I don't have a lot of weight to play with and I'm nervous I won't be able to do it enough to make it sway pink. I am also slightly hyperthyroid (not medicated)
I have also been prescribed one month of clomid , as my cycles have become quite long since October (40 days) . I know one attempt is best but should we bd every 4 days? As I only have one month of clomid I'm nervous not to make the most of my chance if you see what I mean?
Everything I am doing is purely for pink sway purposes so please advise if you can see anything I can improve on.
A little background , I have 3 wonderful sons and 1 beautiful daughter who devastatingly passed away aged 4 months. When I conceived my daughter in 2009 I was my lowest adult weight and was hyperthyroid. I am 30 and my husband is 31. With our youngest son I was taking calcium and mag and we were bding a lot before ovulation. So I can really see now how much sense this site makes.
Thank you so much in advance for any advice

Thank you both , yes I started tracking but now I feel like I have it sussed out so I only track occasionally.
The exercise thing is on my mind , wondering if it's worth starting now , my next ov should be beginning of May , unless the clomid has other ideas

So terribly sorry for your loss. That is heartbreaking. I’m in no way an expert here but from all I’ve read your sway looks great! Best of luck to you!!
