My back aches with her more than it ever did my other babies, probably cause I’m much older. Lol I’ll only be 28 weeks this week. I’m afraid to see how it feels at 38 weeks [emoji15]

Bunnygirl, I agree, the tests are horrible. And I remember how awful and mean the diabetes nurses were my last pregnancy. They’d check in with me twice a week to go over my meals and glucose testing results, and by the time I got off the phone I’d feel so discouraged and spanked. I’d get off the phone crying....and I was so worried they’d label me non-compliant in my chart, (since I see their notes in other pgs directly in post partum).

I just had to email my readings in. They didn’t care about what I ate because I already ate well to begin with.

We are pretty much done with shopping. Just picking a few things up now and then. I have her clothes up to 3-6 months. Then mil is having a baby shower I’ll be like 36 weeks. So I’m sure we will more than likely get plenty of blankets, that’s the main thing you get at baby showers I think.. have you been shopping? Attachment 39202

Oh wow!! That cot is AMAZING! Id sleep in there [emoji4] I've bought two onesies so far. One was chosen by my children to get them involved. Very gender neutral.
I'm trying to remember if pbn was the lovely lady on the ttc board who had a baby girl a few months ago? Is that the same person?

Ladies I'm sorry to see some of you are having to do the diabetes test. Is it standard where u all live? I've never had it done on previous pregnancies and no mention of it this time? Omg my diet is pretty awful- sweets, chic, crisps every day!

I'm still waiting for my 2nd trimester mojo to appear (23w today!) Any one else still suffering with tiredness? I feel I eat sugary cr@p to keep me going throughout the day.

MLKA, I feel the same way! I bought the car seats, and a few outfits, the crib bedding and I already have the crib, and I just bought curtains and brought home some pain samples. I've been working on cleaning out the spare room that we're turning into the nursery.

Mommy2apples, I'm feeling the normal discomforts of pregnancy with twins, lol. I think everything is going well so far other than the GDM test.....

28 weeks and I feel like a big ole blimp. Will be so glad when Emmalyn comes and I can shed all these added pounds. I am embracing it and so extremely happy about her, the weight not so much! Lol [emoji85]
