Emshe i am also sooo tired. Already 1 year on diet, im running every day 1 hour, no meat so maybe my body is just too exhausted and doesnt want to conceive

It can get really hard at times can’t it. I had a morning off exercise this morning to just sleep a bit longer.

We have to try to keep the faith, maybe just ease up a little on some sway stuff, I don’t know!?

This was our compromise. And it sucks. I’m angry and trying to deal with that emotion for now. Had a negative digital test this morning so there’s no hope here. Just resting in the mourning today.

Hannah - I'm so, so sorry. There are no words. Hope you can rest and take care of yourself.

Noemi - FX for you this cycle. I started swaying over a year ago and though I've had three BFPs over that time where I went off the diet/exercise for short periods, I am also so sick swaying. I have moments every day where I think about just giving it all up and eating whatever I want!!

Gafan I hope you see the +OPK soon!

Emshe I think you've O'd but like Pbn said it can't hurt to get in one more BD if you can work up the energy

Girl Dreaming - how scary!! Glad the scan went well though! I had spotting (sometimes red, sometimes brown, sometimes pink) from weeks 5-8 with DS1 and they could never find a cause, and I had real, significant bleeding from weeks 24-28 with DS2 and again, no clear cause. It's terrifying!! It's pretty common though to not only have bleeding but for there to be no explanation for it Hang in there!

Pbn - LOL vay-cay!! Love it.

Mummy I had those hot flashes with this last pregnancy - in the tww! Felt so hot all the time! Hoping it's a good sign for you!!!!!
