    PCOS Le diet or regular Le diet

    I can’t decide which diet I should be doing. I have 4 boys now. I’ve never been diagnosed with PCOS. Each boy took 3 months at the most to conceive. I’m at my ideal weight. I could probably lose 5 pounds but no more. I’ve been mostly vegetarian my whole life. I eat the occasional chicken. I used to love to snack though. [emoji57] my period comes about every 28 days pretty smack on. Can you guide me which diet would be best?

    The PCOS type LE Diet gets better results and I suggest it for anyone who can stick to it without wasting away to nothing. Even if you just did it part-way (don't load up on empty calories, eat more fruit, veg, whole grains) I think it will be better for you.
