How to improve fertility

Hello Atomic, im on Le diet one year and i cant conceive from October last year. I started e4d, after attempt i stayed in bed for 30min, i also added big o but without successful. What else should i change for better chance of conceiving? Im 38 and my husband 39. He is smoking a lot (everything)and i give him every day 500-1000mg Ole. Im drinking coffee now just 3 cups daily, before 5-6, im running 6x weekly 60min (not problem for me, i like it) my bmi is 19.5. Should u add coenzym q10 for me and husband for better quality of eggs and sperms? Or what do u recommend?

I'd have hubby drop the OLE but obviously wait and see what atomic says. I also think you've been quite a bit unlucky with the attempts timing of some cycles too. Looks like you often o day of pos opk right which is great that you're now doing e4d? Was last cycle first or second/third doing e4d? I know last cycles attempts were likely 3-o and o day so definately possible but not the best either... A 2-o or 1-o attempt is going to give you your best shot, if you're willing to try e4d for a cycle or two more I'm sure you'll land an attempt on one of these... Otherwise if you're ready to just be pregnant you could try eod from cd12 to 22 (from memory you usually o between cd16 and cd21?)

Wow. Just wanted to say that you‘re doing asome being one year on LE diet...!! How can you even manage to do that?

From what I already read Atomic often advices to do e4d plus one attempt t positive opk.
Or, if you are very desperate to her pregnant, there is a plan called the „egg meets sperm plan“.

To improve your own fertilitiy she often says to add in one serving of full fat dairy and 4-6 eggs per week, but probably you‘re already doing that..?!

OLE is about to improve the sperm quality so I personally would keep him taking that.

Pbn thx u tooit is true im doing e4d just 2 cycles, before just one attempt. Sometimes i ovulate in day of positive opk sometimes day later and ovulation change from cd17-cd21. Maybe i was just unlucky and im impatient but now in April i was 38 and i started to be afraid i wont conceive anymore
