	November 3rd, 2011, 10:12 AM #23YAY for crosshairs, rainbow!!!

I O'd (and conceived) on July 8th. Since I was never, ever expecting to get preg, I never took any tests until exactly 2 weeks later (July 22nd). I felt really off that evening and a bit sick. I was wondering where in the world AF was since I should have gotten it by then. So....I took a test that evening and, KABOOM! The test line wasn't really dark but it sure wasn't faint either.

I'm hoping you got it this first time b/c that 2ww is like a 2 year wait sometimes! Especially when you're realllllly wanting to be preg.

November 3rd, 2011, 03:44 PM #26OotB - sometimes I think that's the best way to spend the 2ww! Although my 2ww only used to be 11 days, hoping it's 10+ this time as it was only 8 days last cycle. You're right that it feels like a very long time, though.

 Thanks Zana

Indira it seems we might have ovulated on the same day! Little Haloween babies! lol

November 8th, 2011, 12:05 PM #28I just wanted to let everyone know that there is no RULE that you must be on the LE Diet for a given amount of time. Your blood sugar and pH will drop almost instantly from the diet and supps, so if need be you can start the diet even as soon as the month you are going to try (so like, 2 weeks). Most people don't get pg that first month anyway. Is it ideal, no, but if you're in a big hurry or don't have much weight to lose, it may be an option to consider.

Testosterone/estrogen levels do take time to drop, but if you're doing a lot of other things to sway you prob. won't conceive the first month, and if you stick to the diet that month you'll end up with a full 6 weeks on diet without even really meaning to.!!!
