Atomic can i ask how much folic acid do u recommend to me? Now im taking 800mg folic acid and i am also using chitosan 2 tablets 1500mg before my meal 2x daily. Thx u

I think it's time to drop fiber. You're so petite already, I think the fiber may be sucking up too many fats from your foods. Either drop them completely or cut by half.

I like all my pink swayers to take 1200-1600 mcg folic acid a day so I'd have you add in one more FA and take one in the moring, one at lunchtime, and then again a night.

Just to add Noemi I dropped my fibre too just before bfp, it definitely was making the weight fly off!

Hello Atomic, one more question pls. I am running every morning 1hour, 6x weekly, i am already used about it (im running 23years and it is joy for me can i continue?

Yes, you can continue for now but I do want to see the fiber gone and also be sure you're eating enough. You may want to cut back to 4-5 days per week instead.

Thx u, i didnt intend to lock it ok i continue running and now i take just 1 tablet of chitosan 750mg daily (before it was 3000mg daily), folic acid 1600mg, full fat yoghurt daily, 4 eggs weekly, salmon 1x weekly. Is it ok?

No Atomic. He is only smoking. He was taking for 9 months Ole, now he stopped.
