Due to PCOS diet I have been cutting carbs and in order to do that I’ve been eating a lot of full fat dairy. I’m worried that because my fat levels were consistently higher than my carbs and protein levels I have inadvertently swayed blue. I ate a lot of FF Greek yoghurt and cream cheese. So I guess my sat fat levels were quite high too. 8 time’s out of 10 my fat intake was still at 60g (though there were a couple of 75s in there over the course of the 12 weeks). Did I do this wrong?

The limits on fat for LE Diet, BOTH standard and PCOS, is 60 g. On the alternate PCOS-type LE Diet, eating 50-60 g fat is mandatory.
Cheating is also mandatory so if you went over on fat a couple times in 12 weeks that is fine and in fact encouraged.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Yes, and I did manage that (especially the cheating! :-) ). I guess I’m just thinking I did the types of fat wrong. Despite there being no magic foods ostensibly..I’m wondering about the sat fat element, which I didn’t factor in to my sway or count. So if out of that 60g a lot of it is sat fat (animal fat to boot) is that a bad move? Basically I’ve convinced myself that my FF dairy over reliance has ruined things.
You’re going to reply and give me an e-slap and tell me to stop obsessing about it aren’t you?
Ironically with my boys I ate no milk or yoghurt whatsoever and was on nut milks (though I did have cheese).Last edited by Ohdeer; May 10th, 2018 at 02:16 AM.

Look, you can always find something to worry about. Not I nor anyone on the Planet Earth can tell you how your sway is going to turn out and worrying once you've had that BFP is completely pointless. I get the urge to parse everything now but you're not helping yourself any by doing that - just adding stress to an already somewhat stressful situation!
With your PCOS you needed to be on full fat dairy and be getting more fat and protein than average. It's all good.!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
