Just started doing research on swaying. Currently have a 7 year old ds and a 5 month old ds. We are looking into swaying for a girl. Question is, I have a tilted uterus (was told it would be difficult to get pregnant but both were surprises). I’ve read a lot about how people say missionary and no deep penetration. Is there certain positions for tilted uterus? Just started doing my homework so I’m trying to read through the diet and supplement threads now.

Whoever told you that having a tilted uterus would make it difficult to get pregnant is incorrect and you may want to consider getting a new doctor as that is outdated info (it is, of course, always possible they meant something else or there was a complicating factor I don't know about, but just normal tipped/tilted uterus alone on its own does not cause infertility)
What we do on here to boost chances of conception with tipped uterus is to have you stay laying flat at first for about 5 minutes, and spend half that time on your stomach. Don't do an immediate J and D and don't do shallow penetration. I NEVER recommend shallow penetration, after seeing several people (not even people with tipped uterus but all sorts of people) who went on for many, many months not conceiving, even as I tried every trick in my book to make it happen. I then later found out in these cases that they'd continued shallow penetration even while dropping all other sway tactics. So we dropped the shallow penetration and they immediately got pregnant! Plus it doesn't seem to help sway anyway - our results are the highest they've ever been the past two years, and I am actively tellling people not to do it now!!!! So not knowing your age I am assuming this was some time ago. Please don't put any stock into that because it's totally outdated info. Tilted uterus is now considered to be a normal variation like having blue or brown eyes! Half of us (myself included) have one!
Do def. try the laying on tummy thing tho, it's really worked for people who were having trouble conceiving. good luck and pink dust!
