I notice a lot of the recommendations change with time with swaying girl. I’m wondering about the recommendation on vegetable intake. What I mean is eating a large amount of high nutrient veggies like spinach, broccoli, carrot etc. Is this okay for pink? It seems conflicting but I always ate a ton of it . I’d have lots of carrot and a mountain of spinach every lunch on my veggie sandwiches/wraps and usually have them again for dinner as a side dish with other veggies in a stir fry/salad with lots of broccoli, again usually a large plateful. Mostly that’s what I enjoyed it and rather that than high protein. Is that not considered ideal for pink? I’m also trying to
Guide my sister who would like a girl but refuses to look into this kinda stuff. So I’m just throwing advice at her haha but I have yet to see if my sway worked.

Yes, we do fine tune our results over time and experience.
We started off thinking that the small amounts of nutrients in fruits and vegetables might sway somewhat. So I had people, whenever they had a choice in the matter, eating mostly lower nutrient fruits and vegetables. HIgher nutrient fruits and veg were NEVER forbidden, it was just that all things being equal, if you had the choice between the two, pick the lower nutrient option, that's all. (It was never as much of a thing as people thought it was, though)
Over time, we realized it made absolutely no difference whatsoever, and what really mattered was fat, protein, calories overall, and then the type of highly concentrated, easily absorbed nutrients in fortified foods and vitamin pills. You would have to eat a mountain of broccoli to get the amount of fat, protein, and calories in a Big Mac, fries, and chocolate shake.
Low carb veggies are free and unlimited, all of them. And our results have only gone up and up since we made the switch away from avoiding some veggies and embracing them all.
What you did was great for pink. We have the results to prove it! Good luck and pink dust!!!! Questions??Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
