    Dates

Are dates swaying boy? I love Dates and i ate them every single day before i started the LE diet. I have the feeling they’re too nutritious so i cut them totally out. I actually eat every food that i want on the le diet but the dates i haven’t been eating them since 3 months. Ramadan is coming in three days and it’s for us that time of the year where we eat much dates. I wonder if it will hurt my sway if ill eat 3 dates a day?

It's fine. All foods are allowed on LE! Fit the diet into your life, don't try to fit your life around it.

No food in and of itself sways. It's the overall nutrient content of your diet that matters and not a food. Dates are ok to eat on either diet. The only people who need to be concerned about dates are those with insulin resistance because they are pretty sugary but they are totally fine on LE Diet within limits.
