    Starting with temping on cd8?

Is it possible to start temping at CD8? I have an app that said my O will be on CD13. And last month I’ve got an positive opk on CD13 (with clomid cd2-6) so the clomid didn’t make me ovulate later. this month i took clomid days 3-7 so i wanna exactly pinpoint O so that i have only one attempt. Because last month i think I’ve got a BFN cause of the cutoff and rephresh (had only one attempt at CD12.)

Yes you can definately start temping at cd8 [emoji4] If you dont o until cd13 onwards you should easy have enough temps to work with. I would recommend temping vaginally for best accuracy as it rules out open mouth breathing affecting a temp however if you're new to temping I can understand that may seem a little daunting. It really is easy though if you're willing to give it a go. You only need insert the thermometer so the head is covered, I usually recommend inserting alongside a finger the first few times to the middle knuckle so you get an idea how far to go. Then simply wipe it over with an alcohol wipe/swab. Good luck!

Yes it's fine, but if you just stopped Clomid your temps may still be a little goofy and unreliable.

The apps are junk and are really useless on Clomid. Just be aware that even if it didn't affect O day last month it can this month!

    I would drop RepHresh now.
