I think 200 is fine for most people, some people do go up to 400 or even 600 but I don't think that's necessary (esp. for blue swayers, since you're doing so much already that is beneficial for egg qualtiy)

we postpone our attemp and will try in june/july and hubby on l arginine 500

That's fine. Since they can raise testosterone, and testosterone may contribute to cardiovascular disease, I like to minimize the amount of time men in their late 40's and up are on it especially if they have any history of that in their family. But I think it's fine for a 42 year old to take unless he is actually suffering from cardiovascular disease already.
