I might have ruined my sway

Hiya,
Hopefully my post can be seen now?
I’ve been working hard on my sway but I have just done a bit more research and now I’m concerned I’ve unintentionally ruined it. I have eczema and use steroid creams often which I’ve seen raises testosterone. Also I have been having kefir often which I’ve read also sways blue drastically. Since reading about these things I’ve stopped using them but I was going to start ttc this cycle and want to know if it should be postponed now?

Hi , my friend has eczema and has two girls and a boy. And i never ever drink kefir or yoghurt and have two boys cause i dont like the smell makes me gagg. So it dont means a thing, i thinks it’s more about your total overall intake.

We don't know that steroid creams do anything negative for swaying. In fact we have very very mixed evidence that testosterone even does anything for swaying. It has never been proven and we have things like Clomid that raise testsoterone but still sway pink! So I would not worry about that at all.

Kefir is fine in the limits of the day. No worries there either.
