I swear it got me through "potty-training" DS#1 last April. Pep tea really seems to affect me in a positive way. I'm much more patient w/my kids & I just go with the flow instead of losing my temper. Hope it works for you too. So sorry about your Dad, Sweetsister.

You can drink DIETARY amounts of pep tea (like one or two cups a day and by cups I mean teacups made with 1 bag of tea, not more than that) but you cannot drink the large, medicinal quantities that some swayers use to alter their hormone levels at any point after O. Please don't fudge on this one thinking "it's only peppermint" because a very closely related plant, pennyroyal, has been used for millenia as an abortifacent.

I am SERIOUSLY going to start drinking this!! I was seriously thinking about going onto some sort of anti-anxiety med after I finish BF but I would much rather try pep tea first!!!

The research I have read says that spearmint may even be more effective but I think IG didn't like spearmint because of minerals or something???

I think it would be better if you could consistently measure the amount just to be on the safe side, tho I doubt a small difference in amount matters too much.
