Suppose to get AF but think Im OV instead?

So i gave birth 5 months ago and I got my period back last month so I began tracking my cycle as Id like to ttc girl this fall.

Im supposed to get my AF in the last few days but I havent..i took a pregnancy test to rule that out and it came back negative. When I did a opk test I got the following image. Not quite positive but seems like almost there. Ill test tomorrow.

Im not ttc this month but im confused is it possible my cycle is now longer? I did have lots of creamy ewcm this week. 20180603_195212.jpeg

5 months postpartum your cycle will still be wonky (especially if nursing). So it' sentirely possible you are having a delayed ovulation and that you're only just now ovulating.

The second OPK does look positive, we'll have to wait and see if it's the real deal or if it's a faker - you can have astoundingly realistic fake ovulations sometimes!

Lol how do you know youre having a fake ovulation? Thankfully Im not ttc this month so I have sometime to absorb all the info and help prepare myself.

If it's real, in 14 days you'll get your period (or a BFP) and if you don't, you know it was fake!

You can also temp/chart but I don't recommend that unless you're already doing it prior to swaying. There's no need to do it just for swaying, andit's another source of obsession!
