Had the attempt this morning, and I am looking for a positive OPK soon. E4d but due to travel won't try again until Saturday night.

So I’m not entirely sure if I am 8 or 11 dpo from my chart this month but......I got a very faint BFP today! I am in total disbelief and am cautiously optimistic. I followed the LE diet for about 5 weeks. 45-60 min cardio (walking) 3-4 times per week. 2000 mcg folate daily. My husband drank soy milk. Took fiber with every meal. 1-2 glasses of wine per day. 2-3 cups coffee a day. I will keep you updated. Fingers crossed for a healthy baby girl! Hope to see a BFP post from you all soon!
