Hey atomic
Can the LE diet cause delay in ovulation? My ovulation is usually consistent and the opk picks it up well. This cycle, it's CD 21 and no +ve Opk. I've been more strict on the diet and exercise the past 6-8 weeks, and overall been on the diet for 6ish months (not very strictly). It's only in this cycle, that I'm noticing no ovu yet and very little CM. I'm starting to get worried now! :-(

Yes, LE Diet can delay O. Please don't get worried. The remedy is very easy, just eat a bit more. 1 serv. full fat dairy daily, 4-6 eggs a week, and a serving of salmon if you like it, red meat if you don't, every week (once you O, you can drop this but continue the rest.)
You will almost certainly still ovulate, just happens a little later, is all. This may even sway pink. It just seems to be part of how the diet itself works - it's a fine line between declining condition/fertility and stopping O, and if you get strict it can happen that way. You aren't infertile, you haven't done yourself any harm, you just need to eat a little more.!!! Questions??
