...about the start of AF. I had spotting yesterday, but it was definitely the start of AF. When I did my entry for yesterday and today, it started a new chart for me today, saying today is CD1. I consider YESTERDAY CD1.
What do y'all think??

I class CD1 the day I start bleeding. Some people don't count pre-AF spotting, they count CD1 when true AF arrives.

I count CD 1 when the blood is thinner and red, not the spotting mucousy stuff.

Yes CD1 is the day of blood, nothing before counts.

Yep, agree with the others. CD1 is the day of full on bleeding.
