Back in 2015 I got down to a bmi of 21 from approx 23 so it's definately doable and I sat just before the middle range of what's healthly. So at my lowest weight I was 62kg bmi 21 and the healthy weight range for my height was 54.5kg - 74kg. I preferred to be around the 64-66kg though and geez I wish I was there now [emoji23] Not sure if that's any help?

Oh and no I wouldn't wait until its lower. If you'll have been on the le diet for 12+ weeks when it comes to ttc august start ttc regardless of weight as you may not conceive the first couple cycles so its always good to have that little bit of weight as a buffer.

Sorry to be a bother about this subject but how is e4d girl sway? I mean doesn't it put dh in boy zone territory sperm coutn- wise? I understand sperm shouldn't be living passed 3 days inside us during a girl sway but doesn't the closeness of std put the sperm count higher?

Raisinggentlemen e4d is simply a bd pattern that pink swayers start using if one attempt at pos opk (which is always recommended at the beginning) doesn't work. E4d 96 hour version leans more pink but has lower conception odds and e4d 72 hour version has slightly less pink but bwtter conception odds. Then if that fails its time for e4d plus extra attempt at pos opk. The additional bding exposes our bodies to swimmers more frequently which means our bodies reaction to those sperm 'invaders' softens over time and is less severe giving the swimmers a better chance to reach where they need to go before the egg releases. Because sperm has a lesser life span in a hostile environment doing e4d either version is basically the equivalent of one attempt in the fertile window that *counts*. Let me know if I haven't answered exactly what you're asking [emoji4] sometimes my perception of what is being asked and what has been asked is skewed [emoji12]

Oh and eod (every 48 hours) is maximum sperm health for dh which is why bding eod through fertile window sways blue.

I think so. Just had the real pressure pain over the last hour, so may have happened & hubby has only just left The office. 2 hours away, will be true to e4d schedule of 10pm I guess.

Hi hopper and welcome back! It's strange to see former 2ww'ers back ttc, feels like just yesterday we were all starting together [emoji3] So I would probably try the 96 hour version for a couple cycles as it leans slightly more pink then move onto the 72 hour version. It has better conception odds while still being (slightly less) pink [emoji4]

It doesn't feel like long ago at all does it pbn!!!!
Well after my big dilemma yesterday DH and I had a very unplanned date night last night leading to a few glasses of vino (not a great idea when I'm finishing penicillin!!!!) And one thing lead to another and....yup, we had an attempt last night. Not that I can really remember it lol! I'll see how I'm feeling about attempts later in the week. I'm kinda thinking I've been so laid back up til now I shouldn't ruin it with my OCD now haha! We'll either dtd Sat or Sun. Whenever we can fit it in. Definitely proves a lot harder when there's 3 small ones around!
