When you say you did low carb and ate a lot of yoghurt, did you stay in the 50-60g protein limit?
Because I have to cut out yoghurt entirely or otherwise I would get over my protein limit every day. But I have to say I eat a lot of bread which has already much protein

Yep I always stayed within the protein limit (bar a couple of cheats) but I was often over a bit on fat. I stuck to about 100g of yoghurt per day. I was, though, always at the upper end of the protein limit. And when I say low carb I was lower carb than before but still hitting on average 100g-150g a day (more frequently towards the lower end of that). Not much of those carbs came from bread (though some did). I made a lot of oopsie rolls (cream cheese and eggs baked basically) to stand in for bread. I worried about overdoing it on dairy as a result but figured better than carbs. I chose fat over carbs when possible.
