    Pink Stork

    Hello,
I had a miscarriage in May and have been trying to conceive for two cycles. I know it's not a lot but after a miscarriage I am so anxious to get pregnant again and every BFN is heart wrenching. We were trying for about 6 months before too, so I am sad to be back to CD1. I asked not long ago about everything I was doing and as per Atomic, I dropped the shallow release and plan on dropping the Vitex this cycle. I was looking on Amazon and saw a fertility tea with these ingredients:Chasteberry, Red Raspberry Leaf, Ladies Mantle, Nettle, Peppermint, Passion Flower, Stevia Leaf. Is this ok to take to sway girl? I know it sounds crazy but I feels like something's not clicking, I feel implantation pains and then nothing, I swear i'm not crazy.

Help, will this be ok? I think I read somewhere that Stevia sways blue but i'm not sure. Thanks!

I would not use that tea. It would possibly help someone who wasn't ovulating due to PCOS (which is why it's marketed as helping fertility) but for someone coming back from a miscarriage it would be disastrous and would likely cut your odds of conception considerably. I can explain more about this if you'd like so you can understand why something that is being sold to help fertility is not appropriate for you to take.

If you really would like to use a tea I recommend getting JUST red rasp. leaf tea with no other ingredients. Drink 2c per day in the follicular phase, cut back to one cup a day at ovulation, and then at BFP gradually wean off by spacing doses further and further out (so go to every other day, then every 2, etc) till down to one cup per week and then drop it.

Thank you so much Atomic, I trust you, I would like to know what red raspberry leaf tea does though, if you don't mind. I had heard of peppermint tea, what does that do?

I have a feeling I am having trouble implanting. I am taking baby aspirin 3 x a week, but I am thinking of doing bromelian. Do you recommend it? Thank you so much!

Red rasp. leaf tea ~may~ help raise estrogen to make a better lining and also tones the uterus making implantation more likely.

    Peppermint tea lowers testosterone levels.

You MUST NOT take anything beyond the aspirin you're already taking (and honestly, unless you've got a proven clotting disorder where your blood clots too easily, I'd have you wean off that in case it is actually preventing pregnancy. It is just as bad, if not worse, for your blood to be too thin (which aspirin and bromelain can cause) as too thick and most women in their childbearing years have thin blood that does not need any additional thinning agents.

Well, unfortunately the unicorn medicine that both helps people conceive while also swaying pink does not exist. (other than Clomid/Femara) I have had good success having people who have gone on trying quite some time adding in RRLT. Everything that boosts fertility sways blue at least a little bit, so we have to pick and choose between things that boost fertility in the right ways to enable you to get pregnant while still keeping your sway going. RRLT is a good option for someone in your situation.

PLEASE do not take peppermint for the reason I already told you not to drink the tea. Peppermint tea is about the worst thing you can do in this situation as it will very likely make it take even longer for you to fall pregnant and is closely related to an herb that has been long used to induce miscarriage.

if you want to do the RRLT pills, please do one a day during FP, then go to every other day in the LP.
