Does staying on the Pill help sway Pink?
I didnt know this if its true. So should I stay on the pill until I am totally ready to full blown sway?

I believe it’s catching the egg the first month off the pill that sways so it wouldn’t hurt to stay on it until you’re ready!

Oh thats cool so a first attempt is what will sway.
I though we were supposed to wait 3 months before an attempt to get the pill out of our system. I thought that was always rule of thumb from doctors or whatever. Maybe I was misinformed.

The residue from the BCP may sway pink so what we do is stay on the pill until the month we're ready to start trying, then come off of it and start trying to conceive and hopefully catch the first egg, possibly second one off the BCP. We've gotten about 65% pink with that approach (and interestingly, many of those were in people not doing diet/exercise first - so if u do those things beforehand it's likely that you'll have even better success rates)

Both! Whenever we manipulate our cycles that way, it sways pink.

I just removed Mirena and I have no idea when my period will resume I had spotting and bleeding I’m so confused lol. I want to take the pill till I’m ready to try in October I am on the diet almost a month.

Well, my recommendation would have been to wait to have mirena out rather than all the bother of going on the pill now but either way.

It's normal to have those weird cycles with bleeding and spotting coming off the Mirena, happens to lots of people. I would just do OPK to see if you can detect a surge (only if u have O-type symptoms, don't waste them otherwise) and it should correct itself over time.
