WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O?

I have PCOS and got down to 179 5”5. Then I had a miscarriage in April and had about 10-15lbs leftover. Was 195 ish when I got pregnant immediately after miscarriage.

Regularly ride my peloton about four tones a week is how I had lost the weight. Could not take metformin as it made me very sick.

Had an 18mm egg at my ultrasound and skipped the trigger because the blood work showed my LH was already at 64 and they said anything over 15 indicates ovulation approaching.

I had a miscarriage April 30 at 8 weeks. RE counted that first day of bleed as my cycle and then did clomid the next period cycle of May 30. So pregnant immediately after a miscarriage.
