Last cycle and this cycle my pre O temps were higher than my usual temps (since like 2012!) So it's making my post O temps seem low but those are normal. I just don't understand if the high pre O temps are an issue or if my post O temps should be higher to have a better thermal shift post O?

Of course I googled and found:

"Women with elevated follicle-stimulating hormone, poor ovarian reserve, and poor responders for IVF and ovarian stimulation tend to have higher follicular phase temperatures."

I feel like I should just stop temping but at the same time i feel addicted... I'm like ok just one more temp so I can be sure.
    Fx for you jgojah!

LOL! Peeing as you like is a big perk! I am trying not to go too far astray on the alternate LE diet, both for health and so i don't gain too much if this doesn't stick.

HDP that doesn't look positive but I'm not a fan of morning opk tests [emoji13] see how your afternoon one looks but in any case how awesome that it looks as though you will get a great timed after all [emoji322][emoji322][emoji322][emoji322]

I'll do a chart stalk after school drop off (will respond to your post then too jgojah)

What kind of test is this? If its a cheapie then that will explain the vv faint line. Frer have a much better sensitivity. Eg it can pick up levels of hcg as low as 6.5mIU whereas cheapies generally start picking up around 25mIU - 50mIU. Do you have any more frers to test with tomorrow or after a couple hour hold, with very few fluids for say tonight?

What kind of test is this? If its a cheapie they dont have near the same sensitivity which could explain the vv faint line. Frer have been known to pick up hcg levels as low as 6.5mIU whereas cheapies generally start picking up around the 25mIU mark. I'd get some more frers to test with tomorrow or even today after a decent hold with no fluids and if there isn't a definate line then, I'd start expecting af.

It’s a cheapie called Cassanovum off Amazon, I was worried it’s no good. I’m going to get another frer tomorrow. Do you think you can see a vvv faint line?
