Does anyone have ideas on how to get rid of extreme bloating? Yesterday I was so bloated I was in tears, it hurt so bad! It made me so nauseous and uncomfortable. Any ideas, anything I can take?

I was extreme bloated last week or 2. What helped me was eating much smaller meals more frequent and drink lots of water. Also, i tried to walk some more which seems to help a bit.

Shinay im drinking slowly all the day 1,5l of water. Try to drink really cold water or little of coca cola. And dont be sad what your friend said. Im sending u all my blue dust
